Orders & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and payment method, then confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available in select cities for next-day arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it from the My Orders page. After that, please contact customer care.
Do you deliver to my city?
Varaahi delivers across 1800+ cities in India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability for Varaahi Bites and Varaahi Fresh.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return pickup.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes - personalized items, perishables, innerwear and certain health and personal care products are non-returnable.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik etc.) and Cash on Delivery.
Is it safe to pay online on Varaahi?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your card details.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes, EMI is available on eligible products with most major credit cards and select debit cards.

How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up in the top right, enter your details, verify your mobile with OTP and you're good to go.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. We will send a reset link to your registered email/mobile.
