Your use of Varaahi constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using Varaahi you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the stated time. However, delivery times are estimates and Varaahi is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery subject to our return policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Varaahi, including logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Varaahi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Varaahi platform, post unlawful content, infringe on others' rights or attempt to breach our security.
9. Limitation of Liability
Varaahi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Varaahi after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
